I feel so much better and more confident and I no longer dread exercising
I was squishy in all the wrong places and my fitness was appalling. After having several failed gym memberships, I signed up for a 12 week program.
I never enjoyed exercise and seriously lacked motivation. I was worried that I’d spend the money and my behaviour wouldn’t change (but it has!) My main concern was my fitness and I’ve been amazed at the rate in which it has improved. I feel so much better and more confident and I no longer dread exercising, I actually look forward to it!
I’m now a lot more conscious of what I am putting into my body and how it affects me. I’ve got so much more energy now.
Samantha has been beyond supportive of me and my goals, regularly checking up on my nutrition and my movement (I suffer from lower back problems and have tricky dietary requirements). She is bursting with great advice and always has a solution.
Now my whole body feels stronger and my diet has improved massively. My attitude towards fitness has completely changed and I can’t imagine going back to the way I was.

I have taken back my self confidence and started to value myself again
I was feeling exhausted all the time and really uncomfortable in my body. Being overweight and unfit was making me unhappy and stopping me doing what I wanted in life. I thought that I would be able to get back into shape fairly easily after having a baby but six months after having my daughter I was in the same position physically as I had been four weeks after her birth. I barely recognised my body and felt quite unhappy that I had not lost any weight.
I was concerned that the time and energy I had to do anything in was extremely limited but I have really enjoyed the program .I have really appreciated the time each week that is dedicated to me and my wellbeing.

I finally understand my body
I was generally feeling quite low about myself and had wanted to lose weight for a while, but I was not getting anywhere. I was concerned that I wouldn’t ever feel better about myself.
After the program, I’m now in a much better place. I understand what my body is saying and I would definitely recommend it. Samantha listens, has a lot of knowledge and cares about getting you where YOU want to be.
The best thing I’ve ever done
Not only am I motivated to exercise, I’ve learnt so much about my body, my posture, the foods that are right for me. It has helped so much with my confidence and self-esteem. I feel so much better, it is one of the best things I have ever done.

I have lost a stone and gone from size 14 to 8-10
I have lost about 1 stone, went from a 14 to 8-10 in my trouser size but the truly outstanding achievement is the change in my body composition. I feel much healthier and stronger now.
We achieved this with weekly training, a lot of nutritional advice and swapping recipes, and the customised sessions I needed. Samantha always gauges your mood and energy levels first and then quickly adapts the planned program accordingly. While I am not an esoteric person at all I love her holistic approach and I am looking forward to continuing my sessions with her even though I already met my personal goals this summer.

My body fat has dropped…Samantha has really improved my confidence
My goal when I met Samantha was to tone up for my wedding band also to improve my general fitness and my core stability as after suffering from a prolapsed disc some 10 years ago, my core has always given me problems when exercising. I definitely achieved this!
My general fitness has really improved and I can see that I have toned up especially in the areas where I needed to. I have also strengthened my core and as a result, am suffering from less back pain than before.. In a very short amount of time my body fat has dropped and I can already feel and see the difference the sessions with Samantha have made.
Samantha has really improved my confidence. Her sessions have always been fun, interesting and challenging. I look forward to training with Samantha again when I return from my honeymoon.

I have lost 5kgs and this hasn’t required effort
I am now in the fourth month of a fitness and weight loss programme devised by Samantha and attend the gym to work with her for two-hour long sessions per week. My flexibility and overall loss of fitness is being recovered to an extent I would not have thought possible. There has also been an accompanying loss of weight – 5 kgs to date – and this, remarkably, hasn’t required effort.

I have been able to wear clothes purchased in 2003!
I wanted steady fat loss that I could maintain and I achieving this – I have been able to wear clothes purchased in 2003! I have received A LOT of compliments from friends and colleagues and I have seen a huge improvement in my ability in classes and I no longer feel like the out of breath new girl.
I really believe [the nutrition work] has assisted me with a number of issues I had. I now sleep during the night and if I wake up I fall back to sleep with in minutes rather than hours. The persistent knee pain I had has gone. I have more energy, as I am eating the right types of food and the food I enjoy. I even lost weight from my neck!
I’m in my early thirties, not the most health conscious or active individual and over the last few years I was going up dress sizes. This was not uncommon for me but I had started to notice that weight was sticking and I wanted to do something about it. I wanted to tone up and become a bit healthier but I was not interested in a hard-core work out plan, I wanted something that was realistic and something that I could maintain. Samantha designed a personal plan that was just right.
Samantha arranged for us to use a private studio where I would have the privacy to make me feel at ease. She helped me to overcome my ‘I could never do that’ attitude and allowed me to prove to myself that I could.
I noticed a real difference after the first session and I also felt more comfortable to be at the gym, which is totally down to her and the confidence she helped to inspire in myself and my ability. When I re-measured there was a clear reduction in the figures in all areas. I even lost weight from my neck!!! I hadn’t even realised that I had put on weight there!!!

Within the first few weeks I saw amazing results
I was looking to build significant core strength, address a lack of flexibility and stability from old injuries, and boost my muscle endurance.
As a regular exerciser and experienced gym user, I had a question mark in my mind as to whether I would get the full benefit from personal training – it is, after all, a significant investment to make and you are putting a lot of faith in the person you choose.
Within the first few weeks I saw amazing results. My core strength and flexibility improved by orders of magnitude (without a single sit-up!), my endurance increased and I had a noticeable reduction in body fat.
Samantha managed to hit the difficult balance of providing excellent support and encouragement, while pushing me to achieve a bit more each session. Picking Samantha would be one of the smartest decisions you could make!

There has been a marked difference in my energy levels, posture and co-ordination: not to mention an overall sense of wellbeing, and that’s despite having episodes of lower back problems over the past couple of months. Samantha has helped me to find a regime that works for me during this period. I would probably have given up training if she hadn’t been there to guide me.
Throughout my training, I have found her extremely knowledgeable with regard to not only effective training techniques, but also lifestyle changes that complement the training regime i.e. advice on nutrition, etc.
If you are looking for the personal touch then you won’t find better than Samantha!
I’m currently meeting all my goals and couldn’t be happier
I have been working with Samantha since July this year and she has helped me enormously with my back problems – I am now totally pain free due to the work we do together, I have more flexibility than I have had for years and now hardly ever have to visit the chiropractor.

I feel stronger in the stomach and I am even noticing a bit of flatness
I had just recovered from an Achilles injury so I hadn’t been playing any sport or doing any activity for about 9-10 months. My goal was to improve my fitness and try to get myself feeling a bit better about my body after I’d had a long time out.
My fitness level has definitely, definitely improved. Last night I managed to play 4 sets of quite challenging tennis with a fifteen year old who was more out of breath than I was! That was a good feeling.
I now feel ready and raring to go. My fitness has improved, I feel stronger in the stomach and I am even noticing a bit of flatness!
